Weston Williams

Exercise Science & Athletic Training, Fitness Trainer

Whether you are a highly conditioned athlete who is training for an Iron-man competition or you have a chronic congenital condition that limits your activities and quality of life there are immeasurable benefits to hiring the right professional trainer to help you reach your goals. Weston’s goal is to assist you in becoming the best you can be in whatever your endeavour is. He also teaches the Boot Camp class.

He has worked in the fitness industry for the past 20 years and in a variety of different capacities. First beginning as an athlete in several sports including triathlons which is when his training and coaching career began. He attended Eastern Washington University and Pacific Lutheran University and received his bachelors in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. He has worked with the general public at corporate health clubs, spent 10 years at E.W.U., P.L.U., Auburn Riverside and G.R.C.C. where he worked as an athletic trainer for the institutions, and helped to start three separate personal training/small gym facilities, and has done work at the Institute of Sports Medicine and the Exercise Science Center.

His philosophy to exercise and training is more of a lifestyle approach. You don’t have to be a world class athlete to receive the benefits of training. There are about 12 major decisions that we make in life and our health is one of them. If we want to live a happy and fulfilled life then we have to take care of ourselves….no one else will. Make a decision to do something good for yourself. Whether you are looking for a friendly accountability partner or master drill sergeant to whip you into shape for a big event then you have come to the right place.

Get this journey started in the right direction. Find out where you are right now (physically), clearly define your goals and how long is expected to get there, and then lets make a comprehensive plan using fitness, cardio, and nutrition to accomplish them. One last step…..put the plan into action.
