Testimonials for Tammy Peterson

  1. Outrageously Fit is the first place I have felt comfortable working out at. I have joined many gyms in the past but have never felt as comfortable and supported as I do at Outrageously Fit. I have been training with Tammy Peterson for ten months now, and I am consistently impressed with her patience, enthusiasm, and dedication as a personal trainer. Her work-outs are varied and fun, and she keeps me motivated to continue pursuing my fitness goals.

  2. When I began working out with Tammy Peterson I could only walk for about 10 minutes before I had to stop because of severe back pain. Since working with Tammy, my back no longer gives me any problems and I have now walked a 5K and 10K, which I never would have thought possible a year ago.

Tammy has been 85 pounds heavier and unfit too so she knows what its like. She’s patient, motivating, and knows her stuff, and I’m very thankful to have found her. I have joined lots of gyms before but have never felt comfortable working out at them.

Outrageously Fit is not a gym so there is rarely more than one other person there at a time. You basically have the place to yourself along with your personal coach who is there to make your body the best it can be! I encourage anyone interested in improving their bodies and health to give Tammy a call today.

  3. After trying every pill and diet known to man, I finally found myself at ‘Outrageously Fit’ one morning a year ago. Tammy Peterson showed me the facility and explained their program. I decided to try it and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s very difficult for someone who has been defeated by weight for decades to suddenly find a way to become healthy and strong. But Tammy was there for me all the way. She is firm, she is funny and she knows her stuff. Even though I had stopped believing in myself, I soon realized I could believe in her. And she showed me how to start believing in myself again.

Now, a year later, and 45 pounds lighter, Tammy is teaching me how to work out at home and know that I am doing the exercises properly. She has researched equipment, located the places where equipment is sold and, generally, taught me how to succeed. It has really been life changing for me.

I can, with pleasure, recommend Tammy Peterson for your consideration if you are hoping to improve your health, and, indeed, your life.

  4. I think I was born missing the exercise gene. My mother said I flopped over whenever they tried to get me to sit up and, trust me; its been downhill from there. Id much rather sit around with a box of chocolates than subject myself to the tortures of exercise. Tammy didn’t have a lot to work with when I met her 2 years ago. At age 59, I was not only lazy and pudgy, but was also having joint pain and other impediments to movement. I now walk 30 minutes a day (and even enjoy it most of the time!), I faithfully do the stretches that keep me from freezing into the fetal position and Ive even taken off a few pounds and inches.
Tammy made this happen by respecting me and my needs and by her good humor and cheer (bless her, never fake cheerleading) as she gently guides me in the direction of better health and increased energy. She’s not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in the field (I know there’s a technical term); she is continually learning new aspects.

When we have a session, I know that she has done research into my specialized needs. I have osteoporosis, so we work on balance. I have back pain from arthritis, so we work on back strengthening exercises. I don’t have lots of patience, so the routines are short. When I traveled for 3 weeks, she designed a regime which would work in motel rooms! Tammy Peterson is the best in the business!
