Art has been per­sonal train­ing for 10 years. In addi­tion to mod­ern resis­tance train­ing Art offers an optional work­out of fit­ness box­ing — West­ern style box­ing. This is great for weight loss (in uni­son with a proper eat­ing plan).

Unlike tra­di­tional prize-fighter clubs, no client gets hit, and the work­out out­side the box­ing is proper sci­ence for reg­u­lar peo­ple — no obso­lete sit-ups or hav­ing med­i­cine balls thrown against ribs. Art’s fit­ness box­ing includes learn­ing the “sweet sci­ence” for prac­ti­cal knowl­edge and empow­er­ment. Art makes it fun to learn box­ing. A great sup­ple­ment to add to your strength and car­dio routines.

Most recent suc­cess sto­ries are Amanda and Jenny. Both have reduced their weight sig­nif­i­cantly (40lbs) since train­ing with Art and chang­ing their eat­ing habits. Art uti­lizes weightlift­ing rou­tines that focus on vol­ume and calo­rie burn — not bulk train­ing. As long as a healthy eat­ing plan is fol­lowed, clients turn their metab­o­lism into a fur­nace — even enjoy­ing the occa­sional junk food for­ays with no ill effect to their weight or waist­line. Mod­er­a­tion is key.
