Art Pacheco

NCSF Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Boxing Instructor, 15 Years Experience

Art has been personal training for 12 years. In addition to modern resistance training Art offers an optional workout of fitness boxing – classical style. This is great for weight loss (in unison with a proper eating plan).

Art Rocks my fitness World! With the combination of fitness boxing and managing my diet, I lost over 10lbs in my first 5 weeks. Thank you, Art, for you commitment to health and boxing
Kevin

Unlike traditional prize-fighter clubs, no client gets hit, and the workout outside the boxing is proper science for regular people – no obsolete sit-ups or having medicine balls thrown against ribs. Art’s fitness boxing includes learning the “sweet science” for practical knowledge and empowerment. Art makes it fun to learn boxing.

A great supplement to add to your strength and cardio  routines.

Most recent success stories are Amanda and Jenny. Both have reduced their weight significantly (40lbs) since training with Art and changing their eating habits. Art utilizes weightlifting routines that focus on volume and calorie burn – not bulk training. As long as a healthy eating plan is followed, clients turn their metabolism into a furnace – even enjoying the occasional junk food forays with no ill effect to their weight or waistline. Moderation is key.

In summary, whether your goal is to strengthen muscles/bones and increase heart health, or you want a major appearance change, Art will show you courtesy and a hard workout – the kind most people won’t do on their own. One-on-one and shared sessions available.

What impressed me after our first few sessions together was his positive attitude and desire to see his clients satisfied with their progress. I have made significant improvements in my body composition, diet, and fitness habits. This would not have been possible without Art challenging and coaching me through it.

When I first joined a gym a couple of years ago I knew I was out of shape and I was a bit frightened by all the folks that seemed to know what they were doing, that they were watching me.

Art helped me understand that we ALL have to start somewhere and that I’d understand soon enough that once you start working out you’re not paying attention to other folks. I’ve worked with Art and in the process lost about 30 pounds and gained significant strength and muscle mass. In addition I have gained a lot of confidence about my body and my ability to accomplish my goals. Art is the kind of trainer that helped me shape up my attitude and perspective as well as my body.

I don’t know if he understands what a profound impact he has had on my life.

If you had told me 8 months ago that I would be able to do more than 3 pull ups, I would have said you are nuts. Today I can do 10! I have also lost 25lbs and can bench press 275.
    Thanks Art!

I started working with Art a little under a year ago in order to get back in shape for my wedding. Not only did I end up looking great in my dress, my seamstress told me 4 weeks before the wedding that I better not lose any more weight or she’d have to completely take the dress apart and put it back together again!

After the wedding, I’ve continued to train with Art because I’m just thrilled with the results. Being a dancer all my life, I’d never had any upper body strength, but now I can do push-ups, bench presses, all kinds of things I’ve never done before and my arms look fabulous! Overall, my body composition has completely changed and I’m sleeker than ever. I don’t do the fitness boxing because I have a bad wrist, but even without it, I always get an amazing workout!
