Unlike traditional prize-fighter clubs, no client gets hit, and the workout outside the boxing is proper science for regular people – no obsolete sit-ups or having medicine balls thrown against ribs. Art’s fitness boxing includes learning the “sweet science” for practical knowledge and empowerment. Art makes it fun to learn boxing.
