Tabata training method has 8 intervals of which you exercise at a high intensity for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, you have 10 seconds to rest. Tabata is a form of high intensity training and some of the benefits of high intensity training is that it can increase your metabolism and heart rate in a matter of seconds. Exercises use body-weight, free weights, step and Bosu training techniques. The session is a blend of resistance and cardio.
Suitable for anyone with a basic level of fitness through to highly trained athletes. It’s as hard as you want to make it!
