Tabata train­ing method has 8 inter­vals of which you exer­cise at a high inten­sity for 20 sec­onds. After 20 sec­onds, you have 10 sec­onds to rest.  Tabata is a form of high inten­sity train­ing and some of the ben­e­fits of high inten­sity train­ing is that it can increase your metab­o­lism and heart rate in a mat­ter of sec­onds. Exer­cises use body-weight, free weights, step and Bosu train­ing tech­niques. The ses­sion is a blend of resis­tance and cardio.

Suit­able for any­one with a basic level of fit­ness through to highly trained ath­letes. It’s as hard as you want to make it!
