Skate/Ski Conditioning

Get your body/mind in phys­i­cal shape to enhance the joy of your sport of choice. This class is focused on strength­en­ing the pri­mary mus­cles used for roller/inline skat­ing and ski­ing, as well as enhanc­ing over­all fit­ness. The empha­sis is on bal­ance, agility, lat­eral move­ment and core/low back strength. You don’t have to be a skater or skier to ben­e­fit from this class. Check it out.
