Get your body/mind in physical shape to enhance the joy of your sport of choice. This class is focused on strengthening the primary muscles used for roller/inline skating and skiing, as well as enhancing overall fitness. The emphasis is on balance, agility, lateral movement and core/low back strength. You don’t have to be a skater or skier to benefit from this class. Check it out.
