Do you want to workout with other moms who all have a lot in common? This class has a great reputation for being fun and a good workout! Pilates is the best way to strengthen and tone your core muscles. During pregnancy and after childbirth, no matter how long ago you gave birth, your body has gone through numerous changes, including weakening and stretching the abdominals and pelvic floor muscles, often stressing the back muscles, and tightening the front of the shoulders and chest muscles. This class incorporates mat techniques and core conditioning with fitness balls, dumbells and more.… to firm up those abs, legs, buns, and upper body muscles, burn calories, and improve your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
