Karate/Kickboxing Fusion

What is it?
Karate/Kickboxing Fusion is a full-body mar­tial arts train­ing expe­ri­ence designed to increase fit­ness, well­ness, body aware­ness, stress relief, focus and self-defense. You will learn the tech­niques and phi­los­o­phy of tra­di­tional tang soo do karate and muay thai kick­box­ing through engag­ing, dynamic car­dio exer­cises and resis­tance drills mixed with relax­ing stretch­ing and breath­ing routines.

How is it dif­fer­ent?
Unlike cardio-kickboxing which uses watered down mar­tial arts tech­nique as a gim­mick to sell an aer­o­bics rou­tine or MMA (mixed mar­tial arts) classes which focus only on phys­i­cal train­ing, Karate/Kickboxing Fusion offers a holis­tic body/mind/spirit work­out using real, prac­ti­cal mar­tial arts and self-defense techniques.

The class for­mat
I offer small class sizes and per­son­al­ized atten­tion. If you’re look­ing for a short-term, solid, engag­ing work­out, you can pay the drop-in rate any­time and take a class with no pre­vi­ous expe­ri­ence. How­ever, if you’re inter­ested in study­ing the mar­tial arts over time you may also start on the path to earn­ing your black belt.
