What is it?
Karate/Kickboxing Fusion is a full-body martial arts training experience designed to increase fitness, wellness, body awareness, stress relief, focus and self-defense. You will learn the techniques and philosophy of traditional tang soo do karate and muay thai kickboxing through engaging, dynamic cardio exercises and resistance drills mixed with relaxing stretching and breathing routines.
How is it different?
Unlike cardio-kickboxing which uses watered down martial arts technique as a gimmick to sell an aerobics routine or MMA (mixed martial arts) classes which focus only on physical training, Karate/Kickboxing Fusion offers a holistic body/mind/spirit workout using real, practical martial arts and self-defense techniques.
The class format
I offer small class sizes and personalized attention.
If you’re looking for a short-term, solid, engaging workout, you can pay the drop-in rate anytime and take a class with no previous experience. However, if you’re interested in studying the martial arts over time you may also start on the path to earning your black belt.
